Bodiam Cattery are always so responsive and helpful with their customer service, I am so impressed! We have had to rearrange our booking due to COVID and they were nothing but professional, understanding and friendly about it all and we cannot wait for our cats to stay here in the future. Would highly recommend this place. I always feel guilty leaving my cats in a cattery while I go away but this time I took them to Bodium and they had their own holiday! Lisa & Chris provided me with regular updates with pictures of Frankie & Diego appearing on Facebook looking calm, relaxed and happy (see pictures below) in fact I was worried they would not want to come home Thank you Lisa & Chris we will be seeing you again
We have just collected a very happy little kitten after a week away at the lovely Bodiam cattery (not sure she really wanted to come home). This was the first time we had left her and as first time pet owner was very apprehensive but Lisa answered all our questions and with little pics of Rosie throughout the week really settled any nerves for us. Would we send Rosie there again ? Absolutely she enjoyed every moment. Thank u again Bodiam cattery for looking after our little Rosie and loving her like we do. Adam & Sophie
We have been using Bodiam Farm Kennels for over 6 years to look after our dog Crumble. We would not put her anywhere else . When we take her for her stays she pulls to go through with Chris to the kennels. She loves it there! Chris & Lisa look after your pet as an individual and not as one size fits all. We can not recommend them highly enough.
Lisa and Chris are the perfect hosts for my cats. Their customer service is excellent for both owners and pets. They take the time to get to know me and my cats who have stayed with them for many years. The cattery is extremely well run, clean and the cat area is spacious with an outside area for them. They always come back looking well cared for and relaxed and it is nice that I can take in their own beds and toys for them so they have a piece of home with them. I highly recommend Bodiam Farm.
