I take time out to highlight appreciation of all the efforts this family provide to the area and to the excellent post office facility whereby in my experience, those persons staffing have gone the extra mile to assist me in multiple deliveries that I have made there. Cheek of the owners. They are set up as an Amazon delivery point, enjoy the benefits of the extra footfall but have the nerve to have their shop opening hours on Amazon and not the post office. So I was told to come back on Monday to collect my package. I can't wait to see what Amazon and Royal Mail have to say about this. Owners daughter didn't want to call her father for me to discuss this issue. I was most cross that I wasn't even the first to have this problem. They are clearly not bothered about rectifying the systems. So I'll have to take my complaint above them.

Staff need training on prepaid franked mail. They have not got a clue. Twice I have had to go to a proper Post Office to hand over my FRANKED mail.
