DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!!! I found them on Instagram and was intrigued but to my dismay the suit I ordered was not what I expected not just in quality but in color, material and size. Now, their suits are expensive so one would assume that the quality of the suit would be top tier. Not at all. The stitching was very cheap not only on the jacket but also at the bottom of the pants. The buttons on the vest were almost coming off and were extremely cheap. The material was very thin as well and the suit did not fit when I ordered THE RIGHT SIZE and was met with a Steve Harvey type style suit with bagginess in all aspects of the suit. I don't know about anyone else but when I pay over 400 dollars for a suit I expect the best and that is far from what I received. When I read the website about the return policy I read no where on the website about my SPECIFIC issues that would limit me from returning the item. I would however have to let them know that I wanted to return the item and would have to pay for a return label per the website. Which was fine with me. HOWEVER, When I spoke with THE OWNER of the business THE SAME DAY THE ITEM ARRIVED I was met with unprofessional in the form of I don't care about your issue attitude. He then told me that I would not be able to return the item when NO WHERE ON THE WEBSITE DID MY ITEM DISQUALIFY FOR A RETURN. That is wrong and not the way you do business. If you care about what you spend your money on and expect a great quality suit I suggest you look somewhere else.
Henry Couture Paris is the best menswear fashion store in the USA. I love their tuxedo jackets, they’re perfect for any wedding, gala, or formal event. I also love their 2 piece single and double breasted suits. Everything always fits perfect, and I also get plenty of compliments. I will definitely be back for my next suit for a weekend outing, church, or that formal event. The best in the business.
I’d like to thank Henry Couture Paris for making my wedding day attire as perfect as I had hoped. I can’t begin to count how many compliments I received. I came with an idea in my head and you all made it come to life. I will definitely be doing business with this company again. Worth every penny.
Henry is a class act and provides great customer service. I trusted him with my wedding so I had to bring my brother to him as well.
Suit came in just 3 days. The suit actually fitted well. We just had to get some adjustment done to the pants. I would recommend anyone that wants a nice suit for there wedding.
The suits are nice, but the qualities are terrible. My husband got his wedding suits @ Henry Couture Paris. At the reception while we were dancing his tuxedo pants split in half. Oh my god never been so terrified in my life. My heart almost stopped. Thank God my uncle he's a fashion designer he was at the wedding, the owner of the venue we're able to provide us with threads and needles. I don't know what we would do if my uncle was not at the wedding. Thinking about it now making me sick to my stomach.
Amazing service. I ordered the suit out of country and Henry delivered! It was fast shipping and Henry made himself available to answer all questions. Really went above and beyond.
