This store never has a decent selection of shoes. It's just the same shoes in the same size. No variety and the staff are very rude and no help at all. I do not suggest you even try unless you want to waste your time and feel worse for walking in

I know this Payless is a little bit too far from where I actually go. But I wanted to say customer service was great. They understand you and me feature like a human. Other Payless what tries to adjust sell you that item and tell you that it can't return due to the fact that either there's something wrong with the receipt where they don't want to give you a discount so why is the reason that I whent to this Payless. I dont know way they have you discounts on emails if they won't honor it. So I told you a little bit why the reason I went to this Payless it was very understandable they honor their discounts and promotions and they are right to the book so if I will go to the does Payless yes if i will recommended this payless to any one yes.
