Staff is very cool! They offer pet supplies as well as pet grooming. The store is organized with shelves front faced and clean. Never was stocked well. Would not recommend buying fish from this location because of how they run their tanks.
This store has wonderful and friendly staff. They are knowledgeable about all areas of animal care and nutrition. I've seen a steady improvement in the quality of service that the store has given to its customers in the past few years.
COVID-19 Signage at eye-level on front doors! Pleasant cashier with mask on. Clean store. When I was searching for a specific food, female associate, wearing mask, from a distance asked if I needed help. I responded yes, and she immediately showed me where to find the item, and then asked if I needed additional help. I replied no thank you, and she thanked me and left the area. I felt safe, yet cared for. Thanks!
