Very pleased with my Ashley sofa and at a good price. VIP did me better than Bobs furniture. I will not shop at bobs again. I saved 400. Purchasing a sofa from vip. Bobs charged med over 900. And took weeks to delivered when it finally came the order was wrong. My sofa at VIP took only 1 week.

Still waiting for delivery of recliner from 3wks ago. Could be inclimate weather? No answer at store location. Also, the receipt claims no cash or credit refunds, however, I am not sure that can be legally enforced in Pa? I did not sign receipt agreeing to these terms.

Oh am 100% satisfied with my purchase,I called the store to make enquiry about my order and I spoke to josh,and he made me rest assured that I was going to get my furniture ASAP,second day I got a call about my furniture,it was delivered and the delivered guys are so so good too,they assembleb it and was very gently also.I would be buying again..good store

My husband and I went in on a Sunday and ordered a living room set sofa and love seat with coffee table. The sales guy was nice and gave us a 50 discount on the coffee table and an area. Cool and my furniture was scheduled for delivery by that coming Friday. We left and went back before the closed and purchased a dining room table with 6 chairs. Spending a total of about 2100. No problem right.... Wrong the problem came when my sofa was delivered it had a rip in it. I called the store that Thursday night they told me they would switch it out. The next day I called back to confirm and was told it would take a week or 2 because they had to take pics of the damage and report to the manufacturer before they could get me a new one. Unacceptable!!!! My husband went in and spoke to then angrily and he was told they would deliver it that coming Monday, we were told Monday if not then, than Tuesday and they would call us. Tuesday no call no show my husband went in before closing and had to talk to them again angrily. Smh we were also missing the hardware to put one of my chairs together. I would not recommend this place. While I did finally receive my sofa in good condition I still have not received the hardware for my dining room chairs
