Very rude, over priced for every service and long wait time. There should be better customer service!!! I would not recommend friends and family to this place.

This place is TERRIBLE ! You have the pharmacy not knowing what to do! They tell you it’s a 15 minute wait every time. Don’t believe it, they have you waiting for an hour so I hope you scheduled things to do in the mean time. Also don’t have them try and pronounce your name. These people don’t care for courtesy. They will butcher your name with all sinester smiles. Brown station CVS is much better and faster and BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ! This place reminds of the the CVS in SE, just ghetto!

I had a really bad cold that was not getting better. A co-worker suggested I try the Minute Clinic because her mother had been there and had positive comments. I went there and was seen within a few minutes. I found out I had bronchitis. I was given a prescription that was filled at the CVS Pharmacy relatively fast. I was very pleased that I did not have to go to my doctor and spend hours waiting to be seen (with all the other sick patients).
