An entire year later I’m finally in a better place to write a review concerning the lack of help I received. I will start by saying the cops in Upper Marlboro are corrupt themselves especially when it comes to turning a blind eye to crimes that’s uniform serviced members committed. In my case specifically DV, where I had hard core evidence this office refused to trial my ex husband. Instead the office continued to agree to postpone his trial dates thinking time would smooth things over. Well that ended up costing me my home and forcing my 2 toddler children into a shelter. IF YOU ARE A MILITARY SPOUSE please do not trust this office and do everything you possibly can to seek help outside of Upper Marlboro PG county.

Had to call the clerk's office. The clerk was very pleasant and gave me the information I needed...and even more. She understood my concern and helped me. I was not put on hold or transferred around. Thanks

Clerks are pretty responsive and helpful particularly in person. The courthouse has helpers stationed in the atrium to help guide you where you need to go.

I have called numerous times during different days and times and can only get an automated prompt. If you push a number just to try and speak with a person, they are rude and don't make any effort to get you to the correct location.

They have very bad manner and very rude. I don;t want give them 1 star government must give them a educate how they handle customer. I want tell supervisor or top manager 168 B ??? When they take care of customer make them comfortable and give us right information Please tell them be kind
