My motor homes' 300 Cummins diesel \engine exhaust output tube\ disconnected from my engines turbo. I needed it replaced, or have it repaired, by cutting tube down and custom adding a new flange to it. I was in the middle of a business trip. They did everything and more to help me out and get me back on the road to make my destination on time, by custom repairing the tube. This was by far the best example of going far beyond what most businesses do or I expected for help.
