Waiting months for refund. No costumer services avialable. Till now, they tried all the ways to avoid from giving my money back, including lies about the airline. Now they just deleted my case from their website, ad if I never paid the money. And that with a FLEXIBLE fee! Beware from this crooks.

I booked flights in November 2020 to travel to Istanbul in January 2021, however, due to the pandemic , Go to Gate cancelled my flights and didn't even inform me! I later found out that they had written hotnail.co.uk not hotmail). I kept ringing only to be either spoken to in a rude manner or disconnected after waiting hours!!! I tried using the resolver website and was informed hat they would contact me with a resolution on 2nd March but haven't heard anything!!! When I went back on resolver, etraveli are saying my case is concluded lol! Without no refund or alternative offered for a later date to travel. Iam taking legal action against them , like everyone says they are rude, scammers. How do they sleep at night? Daylight robbery. No one answers when you call so only solution is to go through the law.
Waiting almost a year since a flight was cancelled, and 4 months since \we have a money from your airline\ e-mail. Something is super fishy here. Give me my money back or we see you in court.
I booked an international flight ticket from Mytrip.com in UK and that flight was cancelled because of covid19 situation. They regularly send updates about the refund for the first 100 days to avoid debit card dispute. Now they are not answering the call and not replying to the emails. They don’t have an office in UK and the only ways to make a complaint is to make it in Sweden. FRAUD - If you book flight. 90% you may lose your money.
I'm still waiting for my refund since January 2020 (When there was no pandemic). They put the excuse of the coronavirus pandemic but this was over a year ago and not related to the pandemic, my grandpas' returned flight was changed by the airline before the pandemic lockdown started. My order date was from October 2019, for my grandfather. It is hard to contact them, and they responded at the beginning, but now they do not even inform me of how the process is going.
Bunch of scammers they ripped my money my flight was cancelled and the airline refunded the money to them I have all the evidences but till now they didn’t refund me my money ... I contacted them through online and phone both places they denied giving any detail just saying be patient soon you will get an email , where as they are cheating the system they don’t do any written communication and on phone call there agents are using a Harsh language and deny giving any update regarding refund where as the airline Deta whom with I booked they even provided me the transaction number also that they refunded the money back to gotogate
This site (gotogate) has been designed to ensure that the customer pays for everything and gets nothing. I booked flight trip for myself and my wife on 20th August that is supposed to start on 11th September. I was issued confirmed tickets by the website. On 6th September I tried to check with the PNR (BOOKING REFERENCE) on the airline website and couldn't find it. I called up the airline and they said my trip wasn't booked at all because of some systems issue at the travel agent website. My horror began when I started calling the customer service number, after spending 9 hours (I'm not exaggerating) on multiple calls over 2 days, I was told a lame reason that my wife's name wasn't as per STANDARDS. It is the name that is as per the government issued identity which is apparently rejected by their systems. When I asked the customer agent to correct it, I was told that I had to pay an amount more than the cost of ticket to get it corrected. I was a bit hesitant and asked them if they would confirm my tickets if I paid and they said yes. But I insisted on a mail communication. Their response on mail is that I made a mistake in the booking (which I did not) and cannot be refunded. I have the original booking confirmation from the website which states my booking is confirmed and also a mail from their customer agent that it is a confirmed booking whereas the airline clearly stated that the booking was not made correctly by the agent themselves. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM WEBSITE, STAY AWAY!!!
