Good pizza and great service. I don’t have a doorbell so riders have to call me so I can open the door, but unfortunately I did not have phone service this evening. I did not know the rider was there twice. After calling they even came a third time to deliver not one but two pizzas (the original one and a second one they made because the first one was now cold). Considering that it was my phone that wasn’t working and so I was in the wrong I found their service incredibly good. The pizza I got was very good as well. Big thank you to the people working at Miami Slice.

Delivered a wrong pizza at wrong time. The pizza was in a very bad shape too (most of the topping stuck to the box lid). When we called them they refused to help and said that we were wrong and hang on us. So, if want to get a wrong pizza with all the topping stuck to the box, get it delivered 3 hours before you requested, and as a bonus get yelled at by the \customer support\ - Maimi Slice is the right place. Too bad, they used to make good pizza before.
Ordered with Foodora and they delivered 45 minutes late after the expected time which was about 2 hours from ordering (they deliver themselves and does not seem to use Foodora riders). The pizzas was cold at delivery and did not tast very well at all. Disappointing, do yourself a favour and avoid this restaurant.
I was positively surprised by the fresh mushrooms on my pizza. My pizza was good but my partner got a overly salted pizza which was a tiny let down.
The worst customer service ever experienced in Uppsala. The receptionist seems to act reallly wierd if you're speaking in english. Definitely a no go for english speaking people. Pizza was not bad by the way
It seems they have changed owner and the service has gone down, I ordered a couple of weeks ago a pizza and pizza sallad during the open hours (at least according to their website). I called them fifteen minutes later since I didn't get any order confirmation, the person that answered the phone was rude and blamed me for ordering after hours, according to him the kitchen closed a half-hour earlier (perhaps they should update their opening hours). Supposedly the transaction was incomplete and no money would be taken from my account. As you guess, I've been charged and after contacting them again I've been without my food or my money for 20 days and counting. I highly advice to avoid them.
Great pizza, large variety of pizzas. Mostly pick up and delivery. The owner has more than 25 years of experience.
I'm an American visiting Uppsala. They got mad at me for speaking English to them. My Swedish isn't so great so I figured since they have American flags everywhere so they probably speak English. Apparently not / So I stumbled my way through my order in and it's a pretty poor impression of American pizza. It wasn't awful, just not what I'd expect
