Definitely the greatest landmark from Uppsala is this cathedral church which is imposing not just from the outside, but the interior is not to be underestimated as well. The Gothic architecture is simply captivating due to the size the cathedral has, and it is a must to go inside (free of charge) in order to see the gravestones and all important figures that are laid to rest here.

A beautiful cathedral with a landmark gothic architecture. It can get too crowded on Valborg’s eve and day. It’s a brilliant idea if you go to Uppsala a few days before the event to skip the crowds and have a more authentic experience. The cathedral is visible when you walk along the canal which creates a charming scene.
Very nice cathedral. I do not like specially the outside of it.. looks quite simple with the bricks in my opinion but the interiors are spectacular. It contains beautiful architecture, adorned walls and window and a several sculptured tombs which are amazing in it details and it’s craft. I think it’s a must visit if you are in Uppsala
Wonderful gothic cathedral, one of the oldest and biggest not only in Sweden but in the world, absolutely a must see! It has been restored recently to its pristine splendour.
Amazing place with religious and architectural significance. Really calm and a must visit place if you happen to be in the city.
