My son Jayden (15 years old) has been taking guitar lessons at Upscale Music Studios for 3 years. I couldn't say enough nice things about his guitar instructor Brian Hawthorn. Since starting his lessons with Brian, my son has become an avid and skilled guitar player. Jayden plays a wide range of music spanning the decades from the 50s to the current day. Personally I like to sit in the majority of the lessons and I am always blown away with Brian's guitar playing and teaching skills. Brian helps my son with the little nuances that you can't learn through a YouTube tutorial. He also teaches proper guitar technique and practice which are essential to a new guitar player. Last but not least, Brian has been a great influence to my son. It takes a village to raise a son or daughter. I am most grateful for Brian's wisdom and advice that he shares with Jayden and I as we are both better people for having got to know Brian. I don't think Brian could ever fully realize the impact that he has had in my son's life and I will always be thankful for that. Ryan
