To add to the 2.8 stars I would like to say that nobody even answers the phone to give you an appointment. Place sucks before you even go. 0/10 stars. Joke

Posting for another party. The patient was dealing with depression with suicidal behavior. The therapist appointed was ok but suddenly called one day and they were told the therapist was leaving immediately and could no longer see the patient. The therapist did say that riverside would be in contact to set them up with a new therapist. This happened in August. Meanwhile the patient was seeing the medication therapist for any adjustments they may have needed. Despite asking when they would receive notice of a new therapist, the patient was not contacted. The patient went to another facility after a few 1 1/2 months of no contact. Riverside finally contacted to set up a new therapist in November! At that time the patient told them they went to another place. The next month the patient had an appointment with the medication therapist in which they told the patient they could no longer see them as they see a different therapist. Why wasn't this told to them before and did they think it was ok to leave a suicidal patient hanging in the balance for 3 months! If you need a good therapy facility I suggest another place.
My daughter goes there and they are wonderful with her. Her therapist is so good at making her feel comfortable and is understanding of her condition. (Autism)
Payback time after that false phone call one of your workers made on me! 1 star for you!.... You've got to be more careful about who you hire to work here!
Nice and peaceful environment. They have a good process for matching you up w a therapist.
