I became very ill while travelling on business to Tokyo in 2018. I thought I might have had pneumonia. My hotel sent me by taxi to this hospital where I was treated with great care, professionalism, and respect. I speak virtually no Japanese (and English was in short supply when I visited too!) but through a combination of gestures, smiles, bows, and complete medical professionalism, I was well-taken care of and found to just have a mild case of bronchitis. You learn a lot about people when you’re sick and alone in another country. My experiences that day left me with a profound respect and admiration for the kind and thoughtful people of Japan.

Very slow service... came for the checkup from morning 7am but not finised till 5pm..

Professional medical staff, who make an effort to use English (if it makes the transaction easier). The turnaround time in the Billings section leaves much to be desired though. For a facility dealing with people who are unwell, timing is of essence. All else was seamless and professional.
