Mike Urban and his team went above and beyond to diagnose and repair my car while also trying to find ways to save me money (i.e. checking warranties). They provide amazing customer service by communicating what is wrong, what's being done, why it's being done, and even reports with pictures/videos of your car. They were kind enough to do lots of extra things like sanitize the car, clean up the exterior, and provide shuttle service in town. I'll definitely be returning to Mike for future maintenance.

a great place local to Oakville run by open and honest people! Whenever I get work done on my car from this shop they explain the issue and make it really easy to understand. They are very detailed and go above and beyond with cleaning your car every time you have a service done! I will keep going back :)

I was looking to purchase a car and a friend advised me to take it to Mike and his team for a Pre-Purchase Inspection and am I glad that I did. Not only did Mike tell me that there were problems that weren't disclosed by the dealer but also sent me detailed report of all the areas of concern on the car. I was very satisfied with his service and I will definitely return to get future cars inspected
