Really disappointed with the quality of work. Owner promises to come back to fix issues but months later has not - lack of customer service. Multiple fence pailings not nailed in, gate incorrectly structured with no support and breaks after 3 months, front metal post not inserted into ground correctly and screws used as gap fillers to straightened it. Paid a lot of money and would not recommend due to horrible quality and lack of customer service. Do not understand how there is a 5 year warranty when nothing is done about problems with products/work done. Very disappointed.

Shane was so easy to deal with from my very first message, we booked a time for him to have a look and within a very short time I had my quote, which was also a great price. As soon as the deposit was paid my works were booked in and I was always communicated with about how long it would take, and when the next available times for him to do the work was going to be. Shane arrived on the planned day, and the whole long fence and gate was completed in 2.5 days. Looks amazing, no mess was left and we already have another quote from Shane for some other fencing work. Highly recommend and so happy with it all

Our fence was completed I. One day- 27 meters and included removing old Paling fence from a sloping block. The next morning the capping was completed. Our job was stress free and despite rain the team consisting of Shane and his skilled colleague Daniel were not deterred. My neighbour and I booked Urban Fencing gates because their price was 500 less than similar competition and I noticed their work around our neighbourhood.
