Joined a year and a half ago and I love this place. Really feel supported by the staff and you don't feel judged, whatever the level you are at. Friendly atmosphere, great classes and great trainers.

Urban Health & Fitness offer a unique centre focused on your own personal work out. The multiple rooms available have everything covered and their classes are well run. The staff are incredibly friendly.
