I have rented from Urban Land Interests for almost a whole year now and I can say the experience I have had here is unparalleled. This is my fifth year living in Madison and I had some truly horrific experiences with my previous rental company. Urban Land Interests, specifically Sabrina Guger, has made the past few months absolutely wonderful. Any maintenance requests I've put in have been completed the same day. Any questions I've had were answered promptly. The building is cleaned constantly and the staff is pleasant. Overall, I can't recommend ULI enough.

Was a 2-year tenant, same apartment for both years (Wilson Bay). Amazing level of customer service; from quick responses to emailed questions to same-day (sometimes same night) maintenance requests. Apartment had a perfect location, great layout, and loved the covered parking during those lovely Wisconsin winters.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Heather and Anna were out of this world amazing with helping us find the right apartment. They were very prompt with responding and were happy to spend as long as needed to answer any questions we had. We are very picky in terms of what we're looking for in a place to live and ULI found the unit that checked every box. They take their properties and their tenants seriously. It is clear that they are a cut above all the other management companies in this city and they're a breath of fresh air. My husband and I wasted hours on the phone with other companies trying to find the right unit and when we would find a unit we liked they told us to submit our applications. As soon as our applications were submitted we were told the units were no longer available. What a disgrace! ULI promised that if a unit is advertised it's available. What a relief! We love them and would recommend above literally every other company in this city. Thank you ULI!!

Employment review: general duties for cleaners. They seem to always be short handed and try to overwork employees without getting additional hours. Seems like they need help on the recruiting side of things not sure why they are so picky with hiring. Very old vacuums they use that cause a lot of stress on your kneck and back, I'm sure someone will request workers comp one of these days. Friendly Co workers are the best thing about the job, average wages for cleaning
