The company does a wide variety of security details. Their employees are very friendly and do a great job. It's a great place to work if you like a false paced job . The only down fall is there's not to much room for growth. Because their supervisors and management know their job and do it pretty damn well. So if you want to learn the field of security. This is a great place to start.

This company is the worst company of all time I knew someone “hint hint” that worked for them and what they did is fire my friend and kept 3 of his checks but yet they were slaving him to work and drive an hour far from his home and only paying 9 an hour so you tell me if they didn’t do him wrong, this company needs to be terminated for good they are shady people that don’t care about anyone except themselves if I were to give negative stars I would it would be -5 stars

The customer service of this “company” is an absolute joke. I called to speak to someone, and due to having difficulty in the conversation (rude mannered person on the phone and children screaming in their background) I asked to speak to someone else. I was told there was no one else. LOL. Okay? Great business model.

I worked for this outfit for over a year, before relocating to a different part of our country. I remember working with a few of these disgruntled officers. I have something to say. As a retired Chief Petty Officer, I’ll tell you straight foreword some truth about this company. The owners and management of the company Lead By Example. A lot of the properties have unique and difficult problems due to their location in the city. A lot of the properties wish to have armed guards for obvious reasons. Other properties are not. Every armed guard is fully credentialed and licensed. As far as a poor attitude and lack of self esteem; that is on you. You asked for a job and was offered one. You were also told straight forward about the properties that we provided service for. Some are down right bad and others are not. No officers were ever left hanging with no support. I have arrived at properties to find the owner or management of the company working the post. Leading by example. They shouldn’t have had to, yet did. If you are a potential client, your trust and peace of mind will be earned. Having a visible guard on your property is a deterrent. It doesn’t stop all things from happening. The job will be done. It never hurts to speak with someone about your needs. As a Security Officer, remember this, Attitude Breeds Gratitude and calm seas don’t make a good sailor. As a new hire, you will have the basics of being an excellent guard. If you wish to have more training, say something. They will make arrangements. That is how they roll. They’re not going to make you do anything. On time, On Target and Never Quit. That is how I roll.
