I am speaking solely in regards to Dr. Lakshminarayanan. Not about the medical group he is affiliated with. I had a mechanical valve replacement the noise of the implant was severely impacting my quality of life. I went to see several cardiologists to try and get something done to address this. Several said that at my age I should not even be thinking of another surgery. The valve was fully functional no one wanted to deal with it. He wad the first person I felt actually listened to my complaints and he was very upfront about the reality of my situation. He reached out to colleagues who declined to take my case then he reached out to one of his mentors and he agreed to see me. I know if I hadn't seen Dr. Lakshminarayanan the surgery most likely would not have happened I am thankful for meeting him for it has given me a new chance at life that has been unavailable to me for several years.

Dr Lakshmi has treated me effectively. The staff, especially the person that handles prescriptions is not getting the job done. I have been waiting for 2 weeks to get a prescription resolved. Communication in this office is poor and I have also had appointment issues. Does not seem to interface with the christie computer database. I have to stay on top of every detail.

Not aggressive or proactive towards treatment at all. Yet another cog in the Medical Industrial Complex machine: insists on throwing pills down your throat and regurgitating the same tired and ineffective nonsense the industry has been spouting for the last 70 years. If you are looking for a proactive approach to treating your heart disease, you would do well to pass on this guy.
