When it comes to your eye health; everyone wants to make sure they are taken care of in the most exceptional service. Urbana Eye Care have that exceptional service. Although I did not get my prescription here; they will now be the ones I go to to get my contacts and glasses. When I came into Urbana Eye Care; it was a late Friday Afternoon. As I walked in; I was greeted by Dustin at the front desk. He quickly helped me by getting me into his system and ordering me my contacts. The whole process didn’t take longer than 5 minutes. During this time; 4 more people came in and his ability to greet and manage everyone efficiently was good. Do recommend and great job Dustin.

Glasses and contacts way overpriced. Get your written Rx and buy glasses online for 1/10 the price. Law requires them to give it to you but they will try to get you in a fitting chair. Questionable billing practices. Staff refuses to return calls. Watch out for unnecessary exam ad-ons that insurance won't cover. Gave 2 stars because they gave me a rebate coupon for contacts but still cheaper online. Would not recommend.

I've been wearing contact/eyeglasses for over 20 years now. Never in my life have I had someone do such a thorough examination. His demeanor and tonality may not convey compassion (all that well), however his practices relay that more so. Got the feeling that he genuinely wanted me to see and feel the best I could, and he worked towards that. Definitely would recommend.
