They shipped my product quickly and it arrived as described. Box had seen better days, but this was 7ga steel product so it was totally fine. I accidentally ordered the wrong item, and even though the site said no returns my email request was very quickly answered and a return authorization was given without grief. I will be ordering more products from them without hesitation.
