The official cashier at the hospital in Urbana was dismissive and disrespectful. She rolled her eyes at me and made ostentatious comments as I explained my billing situation. I can see why she is in a locked room all by herself.

Here from Michigan because my mother was admitted to Mercy Memorial Hospital. The staff has been awesome!!! The hospital is clean, quiet and everyone from cleaning staff, administration and doctors have been exceeding in services, care and expectations. They truly care about the patients and thier families. Thank you!!!

Went here with my wife as support on February 18th 2021. Had approval ahead of time from the hospital and took off work to go, the rent a cop at the er desk was very rude and did not want to let me in with her, tried to explain I was not a visitor, but support, she would not listen. Will avoid this hospital at all cost in the future.

I was there as an outpatient and Krysta was very nice. I had to have x rays so went down they did them. I told them they needed to send it to the Urgent care. I had a follow up with Urgent Care today and when I got there there was nothing from mercy so I stayed for 2.5 hours waiting to get a release. They called several times. It is after 11:00 pm and Urgent care closes at 8pm. So now I'm not working tomorrow my normal hours THANK YOU and I'm being sarcastic I need my job to pay bills and rent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
