My father is in this home and I regret ever letting it happen. Staff are terribly snotty and never seem to hold up their end of anything. Always understaffed but don't have the decency to even let you know, you're better off taking care of your relatives in the comfort of your home, they're better off that way. At least they'd receive the care they need.
