I have a child with confirmed influenza. I called when 2 other of my other children started to show symptoms, and asked if they would call in the anti- viral for everyone to treat and prevent the rest of my children from contracting it. They would not call it in, but wanted me to bring all of my sick children to the office, knowing I am running a fever and sick as well. I would think that a doctor would understand the concept of spreading the virus to others by going out. They see newborn babies at that office, yet want me to bring a family of sick children. I would understand a little more if we hadn’t been to the Dr. and already had one child with a confirmed case- but we do, and them having the anti-viral called in would be best practice.

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with them! Dr. Bramel is thorough, patient, and kind. He always hears me out about my concerns and ideas regarding my children, and genuinely cares about them. I saw that someone said the wait is long in another review, but I have been attending this doctor with my children for 7 years and I have never once waited longer than 5 or 10 minutes to get to a room, and never more than 5 minutes for the doctor, with the exception of a very hectic day for the office during flu season. Dr. Paul is also excellent. Though we have only seen her a few times, I was very happy with her!
Sometimes the wait is long but Dr. Bramel is a great doctor.
Rude and disrespectful and bad bed side manner the director is very unpleasant and can't get her staff to do their jobs at all they dismissed my child for their staff not doing there job right saying she had shots in 2010 when she was born in 2016 and saying she missed an appointment and i called and told them she had a doctor in the city we moved to please cancel the appointment you have instead they counted that as a missed then they went ahead and set up another i had no idea about and i missed it because i had no idea it was even made and then they stated she missed to many and dismissed her in what way was this my fault i moved an hour away got a new dr and cancelled an appointment and y'all counted it as a missed and made a new one behind my back and i missed it i will be reporting them
