I'm very satisfied with the service. Alec fixed my phone in less than a day for a very reasonable price. He's very responsive and took care of everything professionally. The big repair shops had either refused or were charging me a lot for my phone repair, I'm glad I found Alec for fixing my phone. I would highly recommend him for any type of electronic repair here in Urbana-Champaign.

Alec is really helpful! He troubleshooted my computer free of charge and when he identified the problem he gave me options / additional information on how I could repair it myself. His pricing is really fair and much cheaper than chain repair stores. I really recommend Alec for anyone in the Urabna-Champaign area. He's timely, generous with pricing, and overall very helpful!
