A heavy package was brought in, but no help was presented. The lady behind the counter passively watched us struggle to get it to her. It was not until the box had been brought to her that a cart was offered. Next time, we will bring our own.

The lady working the front desk is the owner Donna, she was very polite and considerate. She saved me money by shipping my product in a smaller container versus the large box i had brought. A big thank you to Donna and her thoughtfulness
