Fairly well run, always clean. It is low cost for me, because the way I tip in Starbucks is to give them a dollar if they say thank you. At this store, I never have to give them the dollar tip because they never say thank you. It's \there you go\, \you're all set\, or \have a nice day\. They never receive my 1 thank you award.

As a local, I have been to all other Starbucks locations in the area and the one in Urbana on Vine St is hands down the best. Everyone always greets me with a friendly smile and a “hello!”. I always feel so welcomed - so thank you! Also, they’re all extremely efficient with my orders. Keep it up, guys - you all rock!
Super slow, arrive at 9:15am, waited 20mins to order, then it took 10mins for them to prepare my drink. :( 30mins is not for drive through man
