Namaste. I was introduced to this place last year and fell in love. The instructor and the visitors are so welcoming, feels like I'm part of their family. I came with a friend, though she was an experienced yoga bun and I was not it didn't take long for me to be able to do what she does. I feel fresh and relaxed everytime after leaving and I come out with new friends. It's been a hot minute since I've last been, work and all but I'm thinking it's time to unwind these pretzel legs and become the jello I once was. Come and join me
