A shout out to Bryce. Customer service like his is why I keep coming back to Autozone. I needed a new battery today and felt bad, but grateful when I accepted the offer to install my new battery for free. Why did I feel bad? Because it was -4 degrees. Bryce cheerfully checked me out, put on his coat, hat and gloves and went to work. In no time he replaced my old battery with my new one and I was on my way. Bryce was curteous, friendly and eager to help. He saved me some seriously cold fingers and toes had I had to install it myself.What a pleasant experience. Thanks Bryce and Autozone!

Came in and needed help with a headlight and battery. Logan helped me and got it fixed in no time. Highly recommend coming here. Great customer service
I stopped here to get a new headlight bulb and asked if he had any tips for me to replace. He said “nope! They aren’t easy.” and walked away. Definitely didn’t meet my expectations of great customer service. He at least could have used a nicer tone of voice.
Awesome service! Needed a third brake light.. They got me the right bulb and let me borrow a screw driver to fix it on the spot.. Much love AutoZone!
