My wife and I show up and speak with salesman and test drive a vehicle that was listed at 14,450.00. We speak with the sales rep that evening and ask for numbers on the car as we would be very interested. He says his sales manager is gone for the night he'd have it in the morning. Next morning I call to inquire status of pricing. They raised the price of the car 15,358.00 overnight. We show interest and then they raise the price by almost a grand after I asked for pricing that night? Completely shady and a form of bait and hook. Won't ever look at any Bob Brown dealers again. This really was unbelievable.

I bought my second truck from Bob Brown Chevrolet as usual they were very helpful in the buying process and Jeff Steele is great to work with along with the sales manager Tim. They don't high pressure you in any way. Wouild buy there again.

Not sure how these guys sell any cars. Went to go look at a truck that was not at at all accurately described on their website. It was a 2005 Dodge Ram 2500. Looked clean online but was very rusty/crusty in person. Both cab rockers completely rotted out, rust starting under the fender flares. The frame and under carriage were very rusty. Typical old Dodge. Factory winch didnt work. None of this was described on the website. Nada for clean retail was 13,500. Clean to me is no rust. Pretty much called called a dumb f*% for my offer by the sales manager and wanted to know why I even bothered to come down instead of a thanks but no thanks. Then got a lecture about how they are "Bob Brown" and have been around a long time they can charge a premium and if I wanted to lowball a vehicle go to Tom's Autos. I'll never set foot in a Bob Brown again regardless of location.
