I love the lifespa for massages and nails. They may have the best staff in town for these two things. Although I’ve repeatedly been told your friends get a free day pass to the gym if they use the lifespa, we’ve repeatedly had the front desk give us a hard time. The phone tree at the front desk is a pain in the rear. I had a bad experience with the hair stylists. Pros The spa is gorgeous, like the rest of the gym. Higher end. Very clean Always good quality Everyone speaks fluent English Shellac always looks great Fast on time predictable services Best massages in town Prenatal massages available Discounts on bulk massage packages Neutral Maybe free 24 hour access to gym??!? High staff turnover Cons Bad hair experience Phone tree is excessive, for the cost just gave someone on staff direct calls or improve this Have to checkin at gym to get to spa If you found my honest review helpful, please like or comment.
