RoundKick Gym is the best! I love that the classes are never the same and the trainers keep everyone motivated! They are always excited to teach the classes and are encouraging to everyone! We have a really nice mix of awesome people to work out with too! I always feel great after a workout! Absolutely love this place!

I have been working out at RoundKick for 5 years. It is the best in kickboxing and strength training around!! The instructors (especially Pete, the owner) keep you motivated and the work outs change everyday! Love it!
Ive called multiple times throughout the month to see if i was able to start a fighting career here. I do call from a virgina number but i do live in urbandale fairly close to there. Best workout with a lot of variety. The owners are professional and fun to work with. Hands down the best workout place I have been to.
Great classes for kids. Great atmosphere. Incredible teachers.
