The below "S" buyer is upset because she approved her design for production with a spelling error. During the proofing process, she was given the disclaimer (which every single buyer receives) multiple times that states: "Any errors past the point of approval are the responsibility of the buyer, so please review all spelling, names, dates, etc. in fine detail before providing official approval." This buyer officially approved her design for production after receiving multiple rounds of proofs and this disclaimer. With this, I still went out of my way and offered to cover 150 of the cost to provide a reprint as I take great pride in my customer service, quality of products and communication as seen in my 1,700 five star reviews. This buyer made numerous false accusations in her extremely untrue review.

Cari is SO awesome to work with! One thing I love about her is that she is so good at following up with you! She did both my wedding invitations and my Thank you Cards. I loved everything about her products! They shipped quick and in perfect condition! Such Great Quality!
Cari was so easy to work with and is super friendly! She met and exceeded our expectations. We LOVE our invites and RSVP cards! Great quality envelopes too! Cari took her time in wrapping each stack with tissue paper. Everything was perfect! Can't wait for the big day!!

I wanted a Disney inspired invitation, without it looking child-like. I came across Design Brewery and all of her designs caught my eye. I asked if a few personalized edits could be made to the graphics, and card titles, and she went step by step through everything I wanted. She sent me proofs of everything, after every edit. The end result was EXACTLY what I wanted. I thought I was going to have to order more, after I showed them off to everyone at work, and realized that some of the people I wasn't even inviting, but I loved the invitations so much I wanted to show everyone!! After the proof was approved, she had them printed and delivered in a week!! Disney or not, you need to get your invitations from Design Brewery!! Worth every penny!!
