Beware! Do not build with this company. We have experienced nothing but headache after headache. Our slab went down almost 1 year ago and not even at lock up stage as they are still trying to figure out how to fix up all the mistakes. We rarely get told what is going on and the last 2 email "updates" said the same thing. Fingers crossed they finish by Christmas 2021.

Not responsive!! Not professional!! The story: We met urbanedge at Doncaster Display and at the beginning, the sale shown very confident and professional, said they can handle our case (We got a protect tree at rear and another trees in front need a removal permit). They said they are happy to help us lodge the application as they are admin team is professional. After we paid the 2500 deposit and they start to lodge the tree permit application. At the beginning, they said we only need a permit for the front trees removal. After 3 months waiting time, one from their team member suddenly jumped out said we also need a permit for the rear tree. Then they're submitted the application. But during this whole process, we don't have any information timely. We were not cc in the all the communication with council, every time we need to call them to get reply. The sale always busy and not pick up the call. No one willing to update you the process, you need to ask them. Even now, we only knew the council required more information from them, but have they provide the information to council yet? We have not idea!! The contact person hadn't pick up the phone, and we have not update two weeks already. I've been waiting for five months, but still nothing. Very disappointed!! Keep away from this builder unless you looking for headache.

Third time building with Urban Edge, highly recommend. Quality, fixtures, fittings, process and all staff were exceptional. Their designs have small differences you don’t notice until you’re in the house that make it that much more pleasant. This is the reason why we have built our third and final home in Hampton with Urban Edge.

Unqualified tradesmen used, quality of workmanship is appalling and customer service does not exist. This builder will disappoint on every expectation, so think seriously before choosing Urbanedge as you are sure to regret it

I've recently built an urban edge home & I am so pleased with the finished qualities. Along the way we had some big fights & the contact staff kept asking me to calm down as these are just normal teething problems. I have to acknowledge now that they were right & l hate the taste of humble pie. I have two other blocks to put houses on & these guys r now my builder of choice because they tell the truth at every stage of the process - whether u like it or not. TRY THEM OUT!

21 months into a 12 month contract and still building. Poor communication, poor quality and even worse workmanship. All show & no substance- don't get sucked in!
