Cool classical restaurant.Looks like time, has stopped here in this place. We had nice hot crusty crescia. Effective, responsive staff. The tiramisu was a bit dry. Not far from the University, so many students having lunch. Three large independent areas in the restaurant. The large room between tables and other customers makes it comfortable to have lunch. Privacy is guaranteed. Urbino is a nice typical old city. A open museum.

Very nice restaurant. It's much bigger than you think. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The also have some local dishes. And they have a wonderful city garden where you can enjoy your meal. Highly recommended! If you believe this review is useful, then please 'like' it.

Urbino, July 22th 2019. We were looking for a nice place to have dinner this evening. We had discovered the past few days that the Italians go to the restaurant to eat quite late. Right in front of the basilica there was a table available on the terrace of Il Cortegiano just opposite the duomo. We were served by a very sweet young lady who spoke pretty good English and for whom a word of explanation was never too much. We enjoyed a very good homemade pasta combined by a good housewine and after that a delicious and unmatched semifreddo. Congratulations to the whole Cortegiano-team. Nico & co from Belgium.

Da urbinate devo dire che le restrizioni Covid mi hanno fatto rivalutare i nostri posti. Uno di questi è il ristorante Il Cortegiano gestito da Giuseppe, un ragazzo intraprendente, innovativo e fantasioso. Si possono degustare piatti ispirati alla tradizione, ma resi in chiave moderna. Ottimi gli ingredienti e la preparazione dei piatti. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
