A-Post small package for delivery within Zurich city is stuck here for a week! Called Post but only answering machines, wrote an email and a robot answers saying “we cannot reply to all requests”. What a joke!

The border fees come as a surprise with the delivery without previous notice and only method of payment accepted is cash with EXACT CHANGE... The delivery person will not accept if it's 0.5 chf over the amount and does not give change. I had to pay 114.55 chf EXACTLY in CASH or he would leave with my package. When asking to pay by card the response is they don't have that technology yet. Absolutely unacceptable service. Also my package had 2 footprints next to a logo saying FRAGILE - HANDLE WITH CARE.

Seit mittlerweile einer Woche liegt meine Lieferung bei der Verzollung und nichts passiert. Wenn ich auf die anderen Rezensionen schaue und die Computergesteurte Antwort lese bekomme ich das kotzen. Den Betroffenen wird nicht geholfen mit der Antwort. Man könnte meinen das man hier keine Lust zum arbeiten hat. Ich hoffe sehr das hier mal bald ein Konkurrent die Arbeiten mit übernimmt dann hat die Monopolstellung ein Ende.

Heute ist Montag, 30.11. Mein Paket ist seit Samstag in Urdorf und wurde bis heute 4x sortiert. Wie ist das möglich? Zustellung sollte eigentlich heute sein aber ist jetzt magischerweise plötzlich der 7.12. geworden. Update vom. 1.12., wieder wurde sortiert. Katastrophe! Kann ich das Paket abholen? Geht schneller.

Warte seitdem 17.11 auf mein Geburtstags Geschenk, danke für nichts. Anrufen lohnt ja nicht, sind immer die selben ausreden. Kann man das irgendwie abholen? Bevor ich es für 200 Verzollungsgebühr bei der Post holen darf.
