Sarent Autovermietung provided great service and were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. The car was new and clean and the employees were very flexible and responsive to our demands. Moreover, they had the best prices in the region, especially considering the busy period that we rented it in. All in all, I highly recommend Sarent and would rent again in the future from them.

Downsides- they are not located at the airport and it's a little challenging to figure out where to meet them due to multiple drop off points. Also, they are understaffed, so if you arrive early or late, it's a challenge for them to adapt to your schedule. Positives- These guys were way better priced than the competition and in my opinion the pros definitely outweighed the cons. The owner was a nice guy as well and I liked that I was able to support his business. I would probably rent from them again if I were to go back through Zurich.
Zurich Switzerland 28.01.17-01.01.18 Bad service! Deputies speak bad English! Bad phone response! The company itself is not at the airport. The vehicle and the representative were not waiting for us at the airport - as agreed in the rental contract. When we arrived in Zurich, I tried to make telephone contact with the company for about an hour. One of the representatives who answered said that the representative was coming to us and would arrive within fifteen minutes. After waiting 20 minutes, I called the company and was told that there was a problem and the vehicle I had ordered had not yet been returned by the previous tenant. We were offered to wait until 6 pm (the car was ordered at 12 noon). I explained to the representative that we had not planned to stay in Zurich, to go south; The representative suggested that we pass the waiting time at the airport food center (totally ridiculous!). After waiting about half an hour for the "manager," we were offered a truck with two seats. We were told that it was only for a day and that we would return the next day to exchange - but we were not promised that this would be the case. I explained that we were not staying in Zurich and our plan was to travel around Switzerland. The representative explained that he had no way to help me and that I could do whatever I wanted. Finally we had to rent a car in another company, inside the airport - which led to additional expenses. We wasted more than half a day on this incident and felt cheated!
Customer service useless, steal your deposit for a barely visible scratch, not located at the Zurich Airport as stated in the ad... and a driver that nearly had an accident when driving us back to the airport! Do speak german only... Do not pay for this kind of service !

Ich hatte einen sehr guten Lieferwagen gemietet, keine Frage. Jedoch war der Service den ich erhalten habe mehr schlecht als recht. Ich wurde 20min zu spät am vereinbarten Ort abgeholt, plus musste ich bei der Abgabe 15min warten. Würde ich nicht weiter empfehlen.
Diese Firma sollte man verklagen. Achtung, wenn Sie einen Mietwagen mieten und das schon vor mehr als einem Monat und auch eine Bestätigung erhalten, kann es trotzdem sein, dass an diesem Tag der Wagen nicht zur Verfügung steht. Ist mir grad passiert und ist ziemlich doof, wenn man Zügeln will, die Helfer organisiert hat und dann alle wieder nach Hause schicken kann ....und den Rest kann man sich denken.
