Disorganized. Waited 10 minutes to get checked in. Front desk person was checking someone who spoke Spanish. The patient, 8 or 9 year old was doing a fabulous job translating between the employee and her mom until she had to translate “you haven’t met your deductible yet.” Our appointment time was 7pm for a covid test. We were still in the lobby at 7:35pm. We said we were leaving. She said, “All 6 rooms are filled and you’re next.” But didn’t know how long it would be. We have been to this place in October 2020 for a covid test and would have given it 5 stars without hesitation. We were in, out, and tested with results in 45 minutes.

Waited today for a good amount of time, for my child having an ear infection. She gets frequent ear infections so I know all the signs and how she gets. My child was screaming in pain and the nurse told me she was fine and rushed us out. Going to her doctor in the morning since they were closed today, and I just know my baby is sick. She’s now throwing up and is spiraling down. The staff was rude and didn’t seem to care about my child feeling sick. Will never go back again. I do NOT recommend. I usually go to the Round Rock location if we can’t get into our doctor, and will continue to stay at that location. Sad.

if this place is the last place on the earth I wouldn't visit this location. The doctors are not thorough. My 3 years old went in with serious stomachache, he wasn't able to stand at all but no fever or any other symptoms. we were sent home saying you can keep an eye on him. My son got dehydrated by next 24 hours and his appendix burst. we ended up having emergency appendicitis surgery in the hospital. I wish they would have been thorough or send us to ER and we could have saved my son and my family from that horrible time.! Do not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been taking my kids here when after hours care was not available through my pediatrician. Always a speedy check in process, no long wait times in the room. Very pleased with the services provided!

Checked each family in one at a time. Wasn’t crowded at all. We were able to get to the back quick and the nurse and PA were thorough and kind. Thank you all for everything you do each day.
