I went there for a COVID test. Waited in our car for 4.5 hours, even though there were only 9 cars before us. We never set foot in the office, the test was done in the car and they made us talk to the doctor over video call for 15 seconds to answer why we were there. Just received the EOB from the insurance - 2,262. FOR. A. COVID. TEST. PER PERSON. Don't fall for it, go somewhere else. PS: They wouldn't even let me use the restroom; told me to go to the restaurant next door. After waiting for more than 4 hours in their parking lot.

PA is great but They don't honor appointments. Lost 1.5hr of my time unnecessarily. Would have gone somewhere else if I knew that. They should update their website.

It was worst service I've ever had. Understood with COVID situation but only one nurse served test so I had to wait over 2 hrs outside tent.

On my 1st and last visit today, the receptionist greeted me rudely and with attitude as though I were bothering her.. After I described the reason for my visit she stared at me for a moment and responded \That's it?\ I left. I will never return, nor will I recommend this place.

I visited this clinic in early January 2020 when I was in the area for work and they insisted on taking up front payment for an amount that was wildly higher than my copay amount. After more than a year they are impossible to get in touch with; their billing group is unresponsive and I have sent emails and letters to get a correction. Get in writing why they are charging you and exactly what for and the team you will need to speak with for refunds. This is a shady establishment that treats patients like a piggy bank.
