Not recommended at all. Very poor customer service, in particular at the Front Desk. They acted as if they couldn't be bothered to attend me, and I was the only person at the clinic. Still, they made me wait for ages while they were chatting and laughing. Horrible experience and pricey!

Getting the actual rapid COVID test was super easy. The PA’s and the nurses performing the tests were great. They were fast and kind for the most part. Not that is needed. However, the front desk staff is not so great. Prior to coming into my test I was unsure if it was still happening, due to the fact that I received zero email/text confirmation. Although, it’s not unheard of, I usually get some sort of confirmation. But no sweat, I thought I would just go ahead and call the facility. However, I called eight times and received no answer. I had called two hours before my test, and of course during office hours. I received no call and their mailbox is full. Then when I went in the staff were rude and seemed like they did not have any idea what was going on. This is urgent care seems great (medically)....the front desk has some learning to do when it comes to professionalism. I would like to add that I am young and I am not a “Karen”. I usually never leave negative reviews. But this time I really felt like I had to. Another thing that I would like to add, is that 99 (insurance) and 199 (w/o insurance). Which is absolutely ridiculous. It is completely taking advantage of the situation and the pandemic. When the medical field is supposed to help us during a pandemic. I understand that Covid tests are expensive for facilities to produce, but this is flat out taking advantage. Moreover, the organization in this office is terrible. They told me I had put my birth date in wrong, yet I gave it to them twice and they had my literal ID. I suggest not going to this place. Even though, they performed well as a medical facility. The staffing is completely, completely awful.

They have the nicest staff providing safe and efficient medical services. When looking for a rapid Covid test, this place could not be more accommodating. The care provided by the employees (Rigo, Jassenia, Alexis and Rafael) is greatly appreciated by me and my family.

Terrible Terrible experience! Front desk incredibly rude and condescending. Cannot even be bothered to look up when i walked in. Advice to management: Find new staff because they are hurting your bottom line. Will never come back!
