Our heartfelt thank you, for all the work Tito and Andrew accomplished in our two small bathrooms. Our 1959 era bathrooms feel like a gift from HGTV! Best news was they actually returned to review and fix a faulty toilet problem.

If it were possible to give zero stars I would. We didn’t even get to the point of having the appointment for the consultation on remodeling our master bathroom. The reason being is that their customer service absolutely sucks… (a growing trend for Tucson). My wife had scheduled an appointment for someone to come out and give us an estimate on getting our master bathroom redone and yet we never received an email verification a phone call the day prior or nothing to confirm that we were still on. I called to verify that our appointment was still on, and myself being professional introduced myself and started with “I am calling to verify an appointment for a consultation on having our bathroom remodeled” The individual who answered that I can only assume thought I was a telemarketer said “We are not interested, please remove us from your list” and HUNG UP on me… there was no verification on if it was a customer or who is this kind of questions. I called back, and the individual proceeded to be extremely rude until they finally confirmed that we still have an appointment. I got off of the phone and called my wife to verify who then decided to call the company and cancel… The individual who picked up seemed not to care at all and when my wife hung up called her back and proceeded to call me a liar and that they apologized when I called back the second time. THIS IS A FLAT OUT LIE. All I got when I called back the second time after being hung up on was attitude. This company is not a company that I will ever do business if their first impression is attitude and disrespect. I would highly suggest some personal interaction classes for your employees.
I am very pleased with the work that Urias Custom Remodeling did on my house. Tito and I first discussed my objectives, he explained how he intended to accomplish the work and then he submitted a cost proposal that was very reasonable. He and his crew showed up on the scheduled dates on time, and they were meticulous about the quality of the work performed in my carport, kitchen, and bath. The job sites were also carefully cleaned up before they left. I am happy to refer customers to Urias Custom Remodeling.
It's always fun to watch something you have envisioned in your mind come to life exactly the way you hoped for. The Urias Custom Remodeling team does exactly that. I loved that they include you in the little things that a lot of other groups just do without asking. The attention to finer details and answering my questions as we went along went a long way to making these folks the best team I have worked with to date. The final product (a bathroom remodel in this instance) was high quality and just stunning to see. Definitely a highly recommended group!!!
We are very pleased with the work Tito did for us. He is a perfectionist and always kept the area cleaned. When there were unexpected situations, he would always find a solution. This is a family owned business and both he and his wife worked very well always communicating any changes/additions/suggestions. It gives us great pleasure to highly recommend such an elite family owned business. Thank you Tito and Jennifer Urias.
