The staff got me in the day I called and Dr. Allen got me in to surgery the very next day to place a stint and relieve the pain of the 3 stones that I have. Staff was very professional and caring as well as the Dr. Himself and the Surgical center was too!

The quality of care here is irrelevant. The office staff - doctors, nurses, and receptionists DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME. Appointments mean nothing to them. Patients are double booked every day, this is evident because they never see anyone on time. Every single appointment (I've had at least 4) I've had has been a MINIMUM of 1 hour behind the time I had scheduled. One was up to 2 hours from my scheduled appointment. When you show up, ALWAYS ask the receptionist how far behind the staff is. They have never made it known to me upon arrival of how behind they are. If you are someone who values your time, look elsewhere.

Dr Allen and his staff are amazing! I would highly recommend using him for all of your Urology needs. Recently I had a 6mm stone in my ureter and was in the ER. Dr Allen was able to successfully remove the stone and place a stent. The procedures was flawless and there was little to no pain. Upon removing the stent I was very anxious. He was very clear, gentle and quick and the removal was perfect and virtually painless. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism! Highly recommended!
