Natasa is amazing! I got into a car wreck and had them repair my Jeep. I am absolutely pleased with not only my repairs but their over all service. During the process, I had some paperwork that needed to be complete and she offered to bring them to me so I didn’t have to take my newborn around during the pandemic. She and her team made sure to contact me to ask if we got a rental and if we needed an extension. They even offered to deliver my vehicle right to my doorstep for me once the repairs were complete. We recently had an awful experience with another auto shop in Amberg where we had not nearly the same communication and service! I am so glad that we decided to find a different auto shop this time around. We are in the service and if there are any service members out there looking for great quality work and customer service. You won’t regret this shop! I cannot believe how considerate they were about my situation, the pandemic, taking my little family into consideration and pretty much doing all the leg work for me. Their kindness consideration for my family and working around our convenience really was the cherry on top of the quick turn around time and the quality repair they did for my Jeep. Also, to mention that my vehicle got into an accident right before the holidays and they got it ready before Christmas was impressive! Thank you Natasa all the mechanics and the awesome team at this shop. You guys will always have a spot in our hearts (when we need auto repairs) LOL.

Horrible company not reputable in my book. The lady told me to meet her in a parking lot in front of Burger King to get an estimate. This is where flags should have gone off. She then continued to go on complaining on how if I don’t file my claim through USAA and go through the movers that she’s not going to get paid. She then continued to try and instruct me on how to get legal to work with my insurance so she can get paid. Company sounds very much like a scam. Especially considering I didn’t ask her opinion, where the money is coming from is none of her business. When I told her that I was informed that the inspection is covered by USAA and wasn’t going to follow her instructions. She got angry and started inquiring about the movers, my claim, who I’m going through. It’s none of her business!!! Then she went as far as insult me by stating that she didn’t think I’d pay them the money and that she thinks I’d pocket it. The most disrespectful German person I’ve ever met being here. She said it to my face too. I did everything in my power to keep my calm and tell her to leave. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this joke of a company! Very disrespectful and rude. I wouldn’t let this company touch my car even if you paid me. She is right about one thing, I’ll be going to legal first thing in the morning.. to get them banned from base. Giving unsolicited legal advice to scam moving companies is pretty illegal in my book. UPDATE: I made sure to speak to USAA about the experience I had and the representative told me they took care of it and spoke to your company about it. I am currently using a reputable German company by the name of Tutsch and am having no issues. If your company cared at all about customer relations I would have gotten a phone call apologizing for the poor treatment by your representative. I don’t care how many contracts you have, your company gets a 0 rating in my book.

Second to none service. I picked up my GTI from them yesterday and it looks as if it was never hit. What I loved more than that was they communicated with me constantly and let me know where they were at in the process. But wait... there's more. I have extremely unpredictable working hours and they stayed later so I can pick up my car. Very friendly employees too.

Natasa and Christian did an amazing job in walking us through the whole process of coordinating the repair estimates with the USAA claims reps. They can effectively communicate repair estimates, length of time for repairs, and provides excellent service. They were very accommodating with my schedule and will go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. Most of all, I’m very happy with the body repairs done to my vehicle. Thank you AKuszmann!
