We bought a new furnace and had them install it . Then they sent us a letter not long after it was put in and paid for saying they decided to not service our area anymore . I asked how I was supposed to get my brand new furnace serviced and they said to find a certified dealer for our brand of furnace . Well that’s not been an easy thing to do seeing I live in the middle of no where ( so people think ) . I’m a disabled middle aged man with a 9 yr old son and a wife . The install of this furnace was an emergency and they knew my personal story and at the time with some major health issues . We thought they were understanding and we trusted they were there to help us and stand by their product . In my situation having a company you can depend on to hold up their end of the bargain after we did our end ( PAYING THEM !!!!) They let us down , 1 .they sold us a product and then left us high and dry . 2 some of their craftsmanship was shoddy and unsafe . 3 often when I had to talk on the phone with them I had to deal with an older sounding lady that was rude 75% of the time , really rude 10% of the time and the remaining 15% of the time was ok . I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY .

Knowledgeable and courteous techs, great products and a local owner. Younger woman in office is efficient, professional and kind. Older woman in office has been repeatedly confused by basic technology and is often rude. Business will surely do better once she retires as phone interactions with her are usually unpleasant.
