Ordered some parts online for my 2000 Johnson 225 and received them the same week and I live in AZ. Had some technical questions for the water pump assembly and installation for this motor. I talked to Tim who answered my call and he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient with all my questions. I will only be using this shop for all my parts and service in the future. Keep up all the great service!

The guys here are definitely \old school\. They can be a little gruff like I remember parts guys being in the 80s. Not too bad of thing for me but I could see it being intimidating to new / sensitive folks. That being said, I'd have no reservations about asking my wife to get a part from them for me. Also, don't worry, they don't make fun of you when you ask basic questions and they seem to know every single thing there is to know about boats, outdrives and motors. They have a ton of stuff in stock and can probably get you exactly what you need with a short walk to the back. Prices are a tad on the high side but probably what they should be for a non box-store. I'm happy to pay a little more to know I'm getting the best parts available from people who know exactly what they're doing, especially since my money stays right here in KC. Bring your serial numbers so they can get exactly what you need. If you don't have them it's a guessing game. No joke. You need it for proper parts.

They have a great selection on hand. Nice to have around when you want a part in a hurry. Customer service is pretty bad. They know what they are talking about but are jerks on the phone every time you call. They are definitely expensive, but the fact that the parts are quality and in stock makes that easier to accept.
