EDIT: We were contacted by USA Cargo Trailer and they went out of their way to make things right with us. They negotiated with the manufacturer Rock Solid Cargo on our behalf. Unfortunately, the manufacturer was not willing to work with us unless we'd delete our negative google review for them, which we did not agree to. USA Cargo Trailer still agreed to refund us for the diamond plate upgrade and will send us caulking to redo the poorly done job the manufacturer has done. We truly hope that our trailer was a one off and all other trailers made by Rock Solid Cargo are higher quality. The good thing about buying through USA Cargo Trailer is that you can be sure you have someone on your side that will do their best to make it right in case something goes wrong with your trailer. We ordered a custom 7x14 enclosed cargo trailer and added the diamond plate on the sides to be added as upgrade. When we got the vehicle home, we took off the plywood to add insulation to the trailer and we realized that the trailer has been poorly manufactured. The outer aluminum shell does not go all the way down but stops where they put the diamond plate. We ordered a diamond plate covering, not a replacement, so we feel that this is a fraudulent claim on their end. This will lead to water in the trailer and eventually to rust and mold. In addition to this, the workmanship on the weld joints are suspect and a hole was drilled directly into one of the weld joints. When we called to complain we were told that this is how they have been doing it for years and that the caulking on top of the diamond plate will prevent water from entering - the problem with this claim is that the caulking is also poorly installed and it has already been coming loose after the trailer’s maiden trip from GA to OH.

I purchased a 6x12 dual axle blacked out trailer . The price was GREAT. The buying process was quick and straight forward, and the workers were very friendly . However , I’m removing a star because I had MULTIPLE shorts within the trailer and the bottom of the trailer was sloppy (there were unused wires hanging and uncut zip ties all over the place). I had my trailer lights go out on 3 separate occasions all from wires that had been pinched at some point during the building process. I repaired them, and kept moving . Overall, a pretty decent experience. Yes, I would recommend.

My husband was looking for a trailer and all the dealers locally were out of stock. He found USA Cargo Trailer online and upon calling he spoke with a really helpful sales associate, Tyler. He took the time to answer all of my husbands questions and make sure that he got the trailer that he was looking for. He made the arrangements we needed to be able to pick it up since we are in a neighboring state.
After researching their site for months, several calls unreturned, I decided to place an order with them even though their production time is 10-12 weeks. Called and actually got someone to answer - spoke with Travis - he seemed very bothered by my questions and wasn't willing to help me understand my question about the pricing. Seemed very agitated and annoyed by the fact that I wasn't understanding the pricing structure and kept telling me to look at the website - even for my build sheet, I should make my own on the website...Told me he was going to hang up if I didn't stop asking my questions...very sad because their site looks great and promising. If a customer isn't understanding a discrepancy in your pricing - you don't have to get agitated and angry with them, just try to explain or offer a different solution on how to explain it. Asked to speak to someone else and was told there is nobody else until the new year. Save yourself the time and hassle of dealing with somebody that doesn't want to talk to you - search for other trailer sales in the same town and you'll find countless - plenty that are actually glad to speak with a customer and want your business. 1/4/21 UPDATE After response from owner - Thanks for the reply - my reason for asking the same question over and over was that you were not understanding my simple question of why the pricing that you were telling me over the phone did not match the pricing I was seeing on your website and you did not want to hear my explanation to help clarify the question for you. It wasn't that I didn't like the answer - it just did not equal what your website was saying and apparently you didn't like the fact that there was something off - other than your attitude. Sorry I caught you on a bad day but it's definitely better if I buy somewhere else - especially since you are not the \Factory Direct\ but just buy from the factory down the road. Very sad to see that a company can be that defensive on a simple question.
