My cat knocked over my wife’s valentine flowers and shorted out my mother board. After evaluating a new mother board or a new PC I ended up purchasing a new Lenova Ideapad. Once again I called Dan and he had some free time to customize my new laptop. He copied all my critical files from the old disk drive and did a complete customization which included insuring all my functions from the old computer were fully functional on the new one as well as cleaning up I needed apps and adding a few for security and the such. All at a very reasonable rate. Dan’s work is top notch and I will continue to recommend him to my friends and family. In fact I already have referred one of my best friends to Dan.

My experience with USA Technology Center has been more than anything I expected. The service is stellar, prompt, and friendly. You can have your computer serviced almost anywhere in the world. Out of town on business or on vacation is no problem. They will access you computer remotely and answer any questions you may have as you watch them do their magic. In fact, I am contacting them tonight to resolve a major performance issue I have. I would highly recommend this company and give them a 5 star rating. I worked with one of their experienced technicians named Dan. You should definitely ask if he is available. You will not be disappointed!

OMG - My computer was so slow I found myself taking short naps waiting for a response, (slight exaggeration), but not far from the truth. A technician named Dan took control of my computer from 1000 miles away. I was able to watch every action he took and got an education along the way. I finally had to go to sleep, but Dan spent 8.5 hours working on it and it is screaming fast now! He charged me only 100 for a standard cleanup and tune up. He also did a lot of neat customization that most computer store geeks would not have done. Added security options and free software for better protection. Dan explained everything he performed on my PC in terms I could understand and recommended "Malwarebytes Prolifetime" for additional protection. If you are using Microsoft essentials be sure to configure Malwarebytes to perform in conjunction with essentials. With the rate of 100, I determined his rate was 11.75/hr. Since I felt that was underpayment for his service I actually paid him 25/hr which is still less that a computer store geek would charge for far inferior service. You would be making a big mistake if you parted with your computer to a stranger for who knows how many days with who knows what kind of result.
