Fifth time we watched their truck drive by without picking up our trash. I realize that new service (we signed on in late January 2021) takes a while to establish but there is no more excuses when they are on your street and still don't pick up trash. Only reason I gave them a "2" instead of a "1" is because someone does eventually call you back and gets the truck to circle back to pick up trash. It would be nice if they simply had their business organized enough to execute.

The customer service at this company is very UNPROFESSIONAL from the representative Diane to her superior. This company has missed picking up my trash 2 times and when I called too express my frustration about not receiving a trash can and the missed pick ups; I am told they will contact my HOA to be put on a special list then disconnected. I will be filing other complaints and reviews regarding my experience.
We used USA Waste for dumpster service for our manufacturing facility and they are by far the best commercial waste company I have ever used. I've worked with many dumpster companies over my professional career and they are the most professional, diligent, and punctual of any I have used in the past. They are very flexible and accommodating and the customer service is excellent. I highly recommend USA Waste.
We use them for our trash pick up and they have been very responsive to any questions we have. They will call if the truck is running behind. Quality trash pick up for a reasonable price.
